This lovely apartment, renovated in 2022, offers space for up to 4 people.
The highlight is the successful symbiosis of tradition and modernity. Part of the old Tyrolean furnishings have been preserved and complemented with valuable modern elements to enhance its splendour.
The flat consists of a double room, a twin room, a large windowed bathroom with bathtub, shower and bidet, a typical Tyrolean "stube" with a peasant stove (decorative), a separate kitchen and a small balcony at the entrance to the apartment.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday in Val Gardena and has a dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The small balcony at the entrance to the flat opens the door to a magnificent view of the Dolomites.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible using the stairs.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

House Carmen offers a lovely apartment renovated in 2022, located in a position that is nothing short of perfect, as it is both panoramic and just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Ortisei in Val Gardena! Located right next to the centre of Ortisei, the panoramic and sunny position, combined with the proximity to the centre (approx. 300 metres on foot), makes it a strategic location for all kinds of activities and holidays.The first supermarkets, shops and restaurants are just approx. 300 metres from the house on foot, and the next bus stop is approx. 500 metres away.In winter, the Seceda ski lift can also be easily reached on foot, as the 'La Curta' escalator, which takes you to the bottom station of the cable car, is approx. 350 metres from the house. There you will also find the ski school, ski pass office and the first rental shops.From Seceda you can access the entire Dolomiti Superski area and also reach the legendary Sellaronda.In summer, in addition to enjoying the magnificent panorama and the sunny location, you can reach Seceda just as well as in winter, and you will have the Luis Trenker promenade right on your doorstep, to discover Val Gardena on foot or by bike.A beautiful public playground, renovated in 2022, is approx. 100 metres from the house and will delight your children, who can play carefree, with the Sassolungo as a backdrop.The house has various comforts for your holiday, such as a washing machine, ski room, outdoor parking space, washing machine, free wi-fi, linen and towels.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
