This flat is situated in a quiet area in Ortisei and is furnished in a characteristic and comfortable way. The apartment consists of three bedrooms (one double room, one twin room and one single room), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a spacious and bright living room with access to the balcony and a separate kitchen with access to the balcony as well. The highlight of this vacation rental is the large south-facing balcony, which offers a spectacular panoramic view of Ortisei and the surrounding Dolomites, including the Sassolungo and the Sella Mountain. Its south-facing direction makes it one of the sunniest balconies in Val Gardena, so you can relax under the warm Dolomite sun. The separate kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. The ski buses run every 10-20 minutes at peak times.In summer, the location is particularly idyllic, as the house faces southwards and is very sunny. Beautiful walks through the Rasciesa wood start directly behind the house. The free summer bus from Ortisei stops approx. 350 m from the house, allowing you to reach the ski lifts and the village centre.The centre of Ortisei, where you can find restaurants, shops and so on, is just over 800 m from the Pizaut house, and can be reached in about 15 minutes walking, 2 minutes by car or during the tourist season by free ski bus or summer bus.The house is also particularly suitable for families with children and large groups, given the generous size of the flat. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
