This true gem, built in 2023, will mesmerize you with its elegance.The location is very advantageous, as it is just over 5 minutes walk from the center of Ortisei in Val Gardena. The first shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are within a radius of less than 300 meters from the house. The same goes for the next public bus stop.In winter, the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular public buses) stops 50 meters from the house and takes you for free (using the complimentary tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lift facilities, such as the Seceda cable car. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
