âReally nice place. My wife and I spent an enjoyable few days in the area and despite a wedding being held at the hotel the weekend we were there, there was no problem with noise or access to facilities. Lovely restaurant, grounds, spa and staff. â

The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive, with friendly owners who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is excellent, homemade, hearty, and full of flavour.

âThe staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and local transport & taxis. Our room was spotless & had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. It was lovely and quiet at night & breakfast in the coffee bar was fresh and delicious. Itâs a great base for visiting local attractions.â
âThe check in was smooth.. id asked to check in earlier which was accommodated. I had a contact number for any problems or needing help. Earlie check in cost an extra ÂŁ10. Very happy with room, nice and clean.staff very polite. Parking just down the road.. shame its not free. Lots of place's to eat in. Generally happy.â
âQuiet little town. Went for a short walk on over the fields which was nice. There's a pub on the hotels ground floor but did not disturb. Cute little court yard. Nice cooked breakfast to order! Comfortable bed.â

âNice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments weâve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, thereâs no lift. Room was ok, though a âstandardâ double, not a queen / king. Thereâs no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. â
âStayed here as a stop over when visiting family in Milton Keynes. Lovely bar / restaurant. Room was lovely and really well priced. Would definitely stay again. â

"Rooms where clean and comfortable however bathroom door had some damage and two bandaids where holding and covering the damage not so fresh. Had a long day if meeting and tried to order room service but never got through on the room phone to room service so had to ho down stairs to order something to eat when I just wanted room service and a good night sleep . Bed was comfortable but pillows only ok "
"Arrived everything was locked and closed no contact number ⊠was booked in for the week but first might had to go and stay at another hotel. Hotel would not refund the first night . Second night stayed after being completely locked out only to have a rock hard bed and a room that was freezing cold with no heater and a toilet that didnât flush properly. Woke up hurting as the bed was so hard. Breakfast the eggs were undercooked and they put cheese on them couldnât eat them . "
