When we checked in, we got even a map of the area where the hotel is located and also the town La Massana. The lady at reception was very thoughtful and introduced the area for us about the locations of nearby restaurants, supermarket, the playground where the kids can play, etc. The hotel is also very good facilited for the children family. “The reception was a great experience. They have upgraded us to a Delux room for free as there were renovating the other rooms. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and comforting. The hotel itself is really nice and the rooms were spacious. The parking at the facility was right to the hotel, so you can go downstairs and park the car there for 18 EUR per night. The parking, however, was really tight, and especially because of the renovation there was not so much space to maneuver; but...

Very dog friendly (with a cost) Very noisy due to the floor in the hallways and the old doors with huge gaps under makes it very loud when other guests pass and so on. If you are sensitive to noise like that - choose another hotell. But very clean and also nice beds. Another con is the breakfast open at 8? Like what?! At least seven is appropriate for a hotell, I had to leave early buy have already paid for the breakfast so that’s a shame that I could eat...
