“Initial check-in rep was dry, citing a memorized script to my issue of where my room was without ability to evaluate the situation AT ALL to explain and resolve. Second rep was excellent. Did not get at waterfront as I hoped do my view was other buildings and the pool and parking lot. Room was like an apt and very nice size. Bathroom very updated and fantastic modern shower with huge shower head. Wall art and other decorations from the 1990s. TV was a nightmare to navigate and very limited...

“The place looks rough on the outside and the inside, but the rooms were clean and needs a lot of TLC had trouble understanding the check-in person at breakfast this morning. The eggs were cold, and the bacon was cold. other than that oh yes, could not get our TV to work other than that. Everything was OK.”

“This is not the place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the marina. But they played music starting at about 10 am until 1 am in the morning. The restaurant also leaves much to be desired as food goes. The restaurant bartender was the best thing about the place. I definitely will choose a different resort next time.”

“Parking lot is odd, very step hill, then double speed bumps & felt a little odd. Room was ok, we had a king room with jetted tub which was great. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed Bathroom light was automatic but behind the door very weird set up. Toilet ran alot just noisy Airconditioning worked great, nice & cold when we got there.”

“We were there with our grandchildren to enjoy the Lake and spend a few days in the Ozarks. They provide everyone with a wrist band which opens the door to your room. This is all that they provide. Once on site there is NOTHING inclusive about this stay. You have options for a couple of pools for free and that is it. Even the Putt Putt Golf and Activity Program for children have fees and they are not inexpensive. Re -think the Family experience and include something with the cost of the hotel...
