Located in the heart of the lake, you'll have a relaxing and beautiful home base for fun and relaxation.

Relax by the Water and Play Outdoors
Guests at Gibson's Getaway can soak in the lake views from the furnished patio, then head out to enjoy the community amenities. Cool off in the lakeside pool, challenge your friends on the tennis courts, or take the kids to the on-site playground. .You'll also have access to the clubhouse and horseshoe pit. All the community amenities are lakefront with views of the main channel.

Inside, the condo offers comfort and space for up to 6 guests. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV with satellite, while both bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. A fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking, and the open layout is perfect for families or small groups looking to relax together while enjoying lake views.

Situated in Osage Beach at the 22 Mile Marker, Gibson's Getaway places guests close to everything. Head to Redhead Lakeside Grill, Dog Days, or Shorty Pants for great food and waterfront vibes. Shop at the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace, explore Lake of the Ozarks State Park, or catch live entertainment at Backwater Jack's. Water rentals, parasailing, and golf are also just minutes away—this is where lake life comes alive.

• This condo unit is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator. This unit is located approximately 20 steps down from the parking lot, broken into 12 and 7 with a walkway between.
• This property is accessed by paved roads and does not require AWD. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property allows responsible bachelor and bachelorette parties.

• A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
•This property allows up to 2 dogs, 40lbs or less. Cats are not allowed.
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines
• No cats permitted, no exceptions.

We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The international airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo unit, boat slip, PWC slip, and all shared community amenities including pool, tennis courts, playground, and clubhouse.

Our smart systems allow for guest access without host interaction – however, your LakeDays Rentals - Casago team is always nearby to support your stay and respond to requests.
VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
