The newly updated kitchen is ready for anything — brand-new appliances, upgraded lighting, bar stool seating, and a dedicated coffee bar stocked with drip and pod coffee, regular and decaf, sugar and creamer. Big family breakfasts before the boat, or a full dinner spread after a day on the water — it's all here.

The kitchen flows into a generous dining and living area that becomes the natural heart of your stay. Sink into the large couch after a long day, settle into one of the cozy niche chairs for quieter moments, or gather everyone around the dining table where meals run long and board games turn competitive. On cooler evenings, the gas fireplace sets the mood, and the large TV brings the whole family together for movie night.

The Bedrooms
When it's time to unwind, the primary suite delivers. A king bed, private patio access, and a spa-style ensuite with walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub, and dual sinks — it's a proper retreat within a retreat. Boat Slip
Bringing a boat? A slip is available for an additional fee — just message us when you book and we'll get it sorted. Please note that trailer parking is not permitted within the complex.
