Welcome to your new 3br/2bath vacation condo at Lands’ End. This is one of the best family friendly properties you will find. After just one stay you’ll want to return year after year for more vacation memories.
The condo is located in Building 5, one of the newest buildings at Lands’ End, which is also next to the outdoor heated pool with waterfall and upscale patio furnishings which makes those days in the sun so much fun. The condo has an elevator which makes for easy access from the parking lot to the front door (second level) and down to the pool area.
This unit has everything you will need and some extras. The Kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and comes with 2 coffee makers which include a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig. We supply our condo with lots of everyday spices, sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, and napkins. The linens and bath towels are also provided. There is also a washer/dryer for your use. Of course, WIFI!
The private deck includes a patio set, gas grill, and fantastic views of both the main channel and the no-wake zone channel leading to the Grand Glaze bridge and State Park.
The living room has a large sectional that comfortably seats a family, a Smart TV for your streaming apps and a cozy gas fireplace.
The master suite has a view of the lake, as well as a sliding glass door to give easy access to the large deck. Features include a king bed and a HDTV with an Amazon fire stick that gives access to your streaming apps. There is a private bath off the master bedroom with double sinks, a shower and a Jacuzzi tub. There is also a separate walk-in closet filled with extras to help make your stay enjoyable. Are you coming with young kids? We have a toddler mattress, highchair, and pack and play stored in the closet for your use.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with access to the hall bath, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed which is perfect for the kids. Both of these bedrooms have HDTV's with fire sticks and ceiling fans.
Lands' End is well-known for having the BEST location, pools, views, and amenities the lake area has to offer. The main pool is a beautiful zero entry pool with waterfall and view of the lake. Also featured on the grounds is a large area dedicated for the kids that includes a lazy river pool, and several fun water features. All pools have restrooms, tables, and lounges. There is also a basketball court and children's playground on the premises, next to the lazy river. The beautiful clubhouse features a pool table and a very nice workout center with numerous weight machines and treadmills. What more could you need?
In the evenings take a walk on the half mile lighted boardwalk that features a 10-mile panoramic view of the Osage (Main Channel) & Grand Glaze. Then watch the beautiful sunsets from your deck that will take your breath away.
There are so many good restaurants close by land such as Pappo’s Pizza, Wobbly Boots BBQ, and Domenico’s Italian which are conveniently located for your stay. Did I mention the 2 Ice Cream Shops right up the road? There are many good restaurants on the water to include Dog Days, Redheads Bar and Grill (open yr round), Shorty Pants, Margaritaville, Lake House #13, Tap n Grill, Boathouse, and Backwater Jacks.
Our 14 x 40 boat slip is available for rent for $25 a day. Please message us to reserve at time of booking. Boat docks are located close to the unit and must be accessed by a staircase. The docks are protected with a wave break. Boat ramp and trailer storage are located close by at the State Park which also has a great public beach. There is no trailer parking at the complex.
Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 25. There is a $165 cleaning fee included with the VRBO booking.
Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am unless otherwise arranged.
