Great Property in a Great Location
Couldn’t be happier with our 4 night stay! Communication with Jason was great during the entire process. Answered all our questions, helped find a slip to rent at the property and make check in and check out very easy! We had 10 people and the condo was perfect for our size utilizing the pullout couch. Living room, kitchen and patio are good size and worked well for the meals we ate at the condo. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few meals. The location was great on the main channel with amazing views from the balcony. The balcony even had a TV. Parking was close to unit with lots of spaces. The condo grounds themselves were one of the nicest kept we have stayed in. Everything was nice and clean with 2 pools and a place to walk along the lake. We will be back for sure! Thanks!

Family Vacation
The condo amenities plus the view from our balcony made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Both the kids splash area/lazy river as well as the bigger pool were great options to relax -- clean and plenty of space! We really appreciated that the condo had plenty of paper products on hand so we didn't have to make a trip to the store right away. Lots of towels, blankets, and pillows. Our four year old really enjoyed the TV on the balcony! And our teenagers enjoyed the pool and having their own room with the double beds! We would definitely come back to this condo!

Annual sisters weekend!
This unit has been recently remodeled so the pics were outdated that were on vrbo but a great surprise. The floors and wall color looks great! Looks like it has been vacant for a bit as it wasn’t freshly cleaned; lots of dust and toilets had rings. Also coffee pot took 40 minutes to brew. Overall we love Lands End and the convenience of the location. Always love going to the pool too

Condo not clean..badly stained carpet. Great location!
Nice decore but needs maintenance. Carpet and rugs need shampooed and tub dirty. We have stayed in Lands End condos many time with different owners and they were clean and updated. Location and views are great..just very disappointed with this rental.

Beautiful, well-equipped condo/Great location
My wife and I stayed at this condo last week with our twin 16 year old sons and two of their friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was even better than expected as displayed on the website. We loved the master bedroom with the floor to ceiling sliding doors, right on the water. Central lake location was great for us as we could head out one way to ski down by the state park area or head to some of the popular restaurant/bars on the lake in the other two directions. Would definitely consider booking this condo again. Absolutely no issues or concerns to report.

The condo had an amazing view of the lake. The unit was well equipped. The complex was quiet even on the weekend. Pools are very nice and well cared for. ( one is designed especially for children). Location is great ,minutes to lots of attractions, shopping and restaurants. Security on the complex was visible.

Perfect extended family getaway
My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) and my sister’s family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful time visiting over Memorial weekend. On-site and nearby local amenities made for a fun and “relaxing” vacation with our young kids. The kids loved the on site water park and play equipment. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. We had young kids (2 kids were under 18 mo), so we did move a few decor items out of reach or to a closet while there. We also placed counter stools in front of blinds so the littles wouldn’t pull them down and when not using sink in front of cupboard doors so they could not access cleaning supplies. The views were beautiful from the balcony. Security at entrance was helpful upon arrival to point us in the right direction of our unit. Property manager was helpful in answering questions and communicating prior to arrival. Would love to visit again sometime!

Always love to stay here
I have stayed at this property before and always enjoy it. Great view, great open floor plan, AMAZING master bedroom. The guest rooms make for a nice "kid side" of the condo. Close to lots of stuff and a great kitchen if you'd rather cook yourself.

Everything was so super nice! The whole condo was tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you would need and then some. It was close to everything, as well. The deck and view was amazing! I'm sorry, Richard. As I explained - what is advertised are local services, not necessarily on-site amenities. Local Services include the Hospital, Salons, Laundromats and Dry Cleaners, Gyms, and other services provided in the area to name just a few. VRBO allows us to select services that apply from a long list. We are glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay!

Property was really nice. Great location and view. Came equipped with everything we needed. Only negative feedback was that it needed a good overall cleaning (patio area needed wiped down and swept, couch pillows needed cleaned, and needed cleaned behind items, not just the area you directly see). Jason was great to work with and helped us with any concerns!

Family Friendly Condo
The condo itself was very nice and clean. The property was very family friendly. Our concern was that the listing stated that there was a boat slip but did not list any additional charges for the slip rental. Only after reservation was the ADDITIONAL cost of almost $30 per day revealed to us. At this point we were not able to cancel without losing our money. Also the slip that was assigned to us was the farthest possible slip from the condo despite there being numerous empty slips closer that our boat would have fit in. The location on the lake was great and it is right by the family friendly bar/grill Dog Days. We would stay here again but now we know to budget for the additional cost of a slip rental.

room to improve
We had a really nice stay at this place , few points i would like to mention : 1- Location : was close to all the stores and major spots in Osage beach ( 5outta 5) 2-Night sleep : We had a really good night sleep , beds were comfy and clean (5outta5) 3- Value for the money : We thought the price was extremely high for a 2 nights weekend stay ( plus the overpriced cleaning fee) (3outta5) 4-Things to improve : It will be nice to listen to your guests and change things around ( someone mentioned the spider net in the patio area , but it’s still there ) there is also no shampoo , playing cards or board games , DVds — Would i come back and stay there again ? i would really think twice .

Thanks for the review! This is a $350,000 condo so it’s priced accordingly. Keep in mind the cleaning fee includes laundering all of the sheets and towels which is time consuming. It also includes the supplies we provide from trash bags to dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and more. I can assure you that the spider web mentioned in the review from 2017 was not the same as one you found during your stay in 2020... We most definitely listen to our guests! The condo owners association sprays all of the units inside and out monthly throughout the summer. I would have been happy to send someone to sweep it away for you. I’ll recommend board games and movies to the condo owners!

Amazing views!
This was a very last minute trip for us and the property manager was very helpful with getting us into the property. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The views of the lake from the living room and master bedroom were amazing! Our kids loved the pool and the playground and the other water area including the lazy river. I would like to let other renters know that you are not able to access the fitness room, it is only available to the property owners. Also bring your own basketballs and tube for the lazy river. Those items are not provided. We didn't think about those things ahead of time. I would bring my family back here to stay in the future.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view
This is a top notch condo with a fabulous view of the lake from both the living room and master bedroom. We fell asleep to the lake view every night. It was clean and has great decor. Please be aware that soap for the shower/bath is not provided so bring your own or do what we did and just make a quick run to the store -- no big deal. Beds were all great and it is definitely a condo we would return to again.

We enjoyed the location and the condo was very clean. My only complaint would be that although it can sleep 10, it cannot sleep 10 comfortably. The 2 larger rooms have nice size beds, but the other beds are better for 1 person each.

Loved our stay!
My family stayed here over the 4th of July and loved it! Plenty of space for my husband and I, our 3 and 5 year old, and my parents. You can't beat the location and the stunning views! The kids had a blast at the splash park, lazy river and playground - and also enjoyed fishing off the docks. We loved having Miner Mike's, the Outlets and the national park nearby. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the trip. I would highly recommend staying here!
