General Policies
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the duration of the stay.
• Occupancy Limits: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy stated in the listing.
• Check-In / Check-Out Times:
o Check-in: 4:00 PM
o Check-out: 11:00 AM

Parking & Vehicles
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
• No trailer parking on-site.
• Boat Ramp/Trailer Parking: There is no boat ramp or launch on-site. We recommend launching and parking your trailer at PB2 Boat Ramp at Lake of the Ozarks State Park.

Property Rules
• No Events or Parties: This includes, but is not limited to, bachelor/bachelorette parties, large gatherings, or celebrations.
• No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property or on the patio. A minimum $500 fine will be issued for violations.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Grills: Grilling is prohibited at this property due to HOA/fire safety restrictions.
• Noise & Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced by the complex.
• Streaming Services: Guests must use their own login credentials for streaming platforms.

Additional Notes
• Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
• Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused during their stay and for any fines issued due to failure to comply with the rules.
• Cleaning Fees: Excessive mess or failure to follow departure instructions may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Pool Access: Pools are open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (weather permitting).
• Cancellations:
o Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including those affected by illness or inclement weather.
o Winter travel is at your own risk. Refunds will not be issued due to hazardous travel conditions.
o We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your plans.
