I reserved Ninja room 3 months in advance. It was so good, and even out of my expectation. Room decoration was in traditional Japanese style, added Ninja element, made me exited when I saw it. There are separated living room, bedroom, bathroom, washroom and toilet room, convenient and comfortable for 2 people to live in. Front desk staff were friendly and good in English. Breakfast buffet was home style, and I appreciated its freshness and good quality. Though there was no daily room cleaning service (cleaning is available once a week, but I only stayed 3 nights), the hotel room was clean and facilities were good. I only needed to put garbage bags and used towels outside the room every day. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to several metro line stations. Transport to airport and Nara were both very convenient without inter-change. Next time when coming to Osaka, I will have no hesitation to reserve this hotel again.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, our booked room wasn't available. The hotel gave us a suitable replacement that worked for us. It was on level 2 where the smoking room is located and at times it was a little smoky in the corridor. The wifi was intermittent. Overall, a satisfactory hotel. There are some great little restaurants on the back streets.

The hotel is close to quite a few attractions like the kuromon market, the video games and figurine shops. It's quite far from the metro with the blue M logo, about 10 min or 1 km walk. The photo of the bathroom is a bit misleading and the room measurement seemed inaccurate. The bathroom is quite tiny with about 60 x 50cm standing floor area, the low bathroom ceiling makes it hard to change in there if you are over 175cm, the shower curtain has mold, the wooden floor of the room is dirty, no security in the lift to tap the card to use it and only has room service if you stay over 8 days. Meaning, you need to leave your trash and dirty towels outside your room and pick up new garbage bag and towels at the lobby. No coffee in the room, it's at the lobby. Not much service here, if you are ok with self service then overall the hotel is clean, the beds and air conditioner are good, except the issues mentioned above.

Overall we enjoyed staying here. Staff were pleasant and the area was perfectly located. Easy access to all trains and buses for travel etc. When we checked in, the room was clean and tidy, (clean sheets and towels etc) but maid service only cleaned the rooms once a week, which was the main downside, particularly if you're staying there for two weeks.

此次預訂三間房,有一間不知為何多給一張床導致房間剩餘空間很小,有一間則是剛好在機房附近吧,壓縮機聲音很大,隔音不太好。怕吵的顧客要慎選,退房時有聽到另一位客人在跟經理抱怨。其餘,鄰近車站、市場,都不錯。

This hotel is the worst hotel I stayed so far in Osaka. First of all, they don't supply toothbrushes and toothpaste, no shower cab, no hair comb, no NOTHING! You have to pay for it at the front desk if you need one. Paying for these was acceptable 20 years ago, but now is 2023!!! What the.... The next thing I hate about this hotel is the bathroom smells terrible. The gutter must have filled and stuffed with tons of hair or other disposals. The drain didn't work like it supposed to. When you wash your face, all the water that went down the sink came back up from the ground. I had an 8 minutes showers in the tub, the bathroom floor was flooded like hell. It was a terrible experience staying in this hotel, I swear to GOD, I will never EVER stay another night at this hotel. PERIOD!!!!

Wifi doesn't work on 11/F and only work in lobby, we get offline for every 15 seconds. It's very annoying for doing business stuff. The staff can't resolve the problem, and staying for 7 days and not eligible for room cleaning is the 1st time I have ever heard after travelling for 30 years.

Loccation is excellent, easy to go to airport and the shopping centre

The breakfast was a great option. It was a tad difficult to get from Namba station. The room was ok but the sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable.
