Bara ombyggda! Denna 2200 s. f. hemmet vid stranden ligger djupt i ett privat trädbevuxet parti på 80 'av den underbara sockersanden Lake Huron Beach. Detta vackra möblerade hem har ett fullt utrustat kök, matplats, familjerum med naturlig öppen spis, vardagsrum och 3 sovrum (master med kung, # 2 bdrm med drottning, # 3 bdrm med queen size-säng och ett våningssäng rum med 4 sovplatser ). Vi kommer inte att acceptera resande med mer än 10 anställda på något ställe under deras vistelse. Befälhavaren bdrm, vardagsrum, familjerum, matplats och kök har alla en fantastisk utsikt över Lake Huron.

Det finns så mycket att erbjuda med denna hyra! Det är vid vattnet med grunt klart vatten. Från detta perfekta läge kan du promenera miles längs sandstranden eller loungen och koppla av. Webbplatsen är i linje med ett stort sandrev och är grunt i flera hundra fot med många sandstänger - perfekt för unga simmare och vattenspel. Minuter från kanot, fantastiska golfbanor, shopping, antikviteter och många attraktioner i State Park.
Bara 3 mil norrut i Oscoda finns restauranger, glassbarer, en biograf, putt-puttgolf, bowling och Oscoda stadspark. En annan stor stad är East Tawas och det är bara 8 miles till söder - bara en kort bilresa. Det finns mycket att erbjuda i East Tawas också! En vacker park, fantastiska restauranger, shopping, piren, Marions Glassbar och så mycket mer.

The Gailes at Lakewood Shores - En av de bästa golfbanorna i Michigan, listad i topp 10, ligger bara några mil bort. Om du gillar golf är detta en du inte vill missa.

Vi har fantastiska vinteraktiviteter också ... STOR släde kulle och utomhus-ishall i närheten.

Family Getaway

My family and I were very impressed with the amenities offered at this beautiful beach house. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and furniture were comfortable and new and the beach is AMAZING! This is a perfect location for any beach lovers and the host was very easy to work with. We had no issues during our stay, however I am confident if we had they would have been corrected immediately. This is a rare gem of a property on the much underrated sunrise side of Michigan.

Perfect family vacation

Great house, spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. Location is phenomenol with views of the lake from the living room. Great amenities, especially the beach fire pit and beach volleyball. Shelly is a great host, and repsonsive to all communication. Highly recommend this rental!

Family trip ages 1-77 and we all had a blast! Anything and everything you could want. Beautiful views, tons of outdoor activities and loaded up on the inside, too! Very nice and quiet town. Awesome bike paths. We did the Calypso fishing charter and a day trip to Mackinac Island. Highly recommend both. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Amazing beach views

Shelly was such an amazing host. The property was gorgeous, right on the water with beautiful sandy beaches. There was plenty of amenities, like bonfire pits, canoes, beach nets etc. it was a great time for my friends and family and we are 100% coming back! Highly recommend!

Best Girls Week

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway

We rented this house with my family of 4 kids along with my parents. We scheduled it in the middle of September and the place was absolutely perfect. The water was clear and warm, perfect for swimming. Very sandy with a long sandbar. We utilized the floating lily pad on the water (kids loved) and the outdoor seating and firepit. The house was charming and cottage like but plenty updated and big enough for all of us. The kids liked the bunkbeds and bumper pool. The views from the family room were unbelievable - we were up early every morning looking at the sunrise. Can't wait to rent again.

Girls getaway

Five of our longtime friends for over 40 years had a beautiful getaway on this beautiful home on Lake Huron. The house was exceptional, Shelly our host responded within the hour when I had questions. She even allowed for us to have an early check-in. The view was absolutely amazing!! The house had every amenity that we needed. We cooked most of our meals in the house. Would have loved to have used their kayaks, but it was windy and cool a few of the days. Watched the sunrise on the last morning , that was spectacular. I would highly recommend staying if you have a chance.

Excellent!!

Our 5th year staying, and just as fun as the first! The kids, ages 5, 5, and 3, played for hours on the beach and in the water. We had absolutely perfect weather, which made our vacation even better. Shelly was great, as always. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Paradise on Lake Huron!

This property is stunning. Located on a beautiful stretch of sandy Lake Huron beach. House is well laid out and had everything we needed for our party of 10 (6 adults/4 kiddos). The home in person is even better than the photos. We didn’t need to contact Shelly for anything but she did check in with us halfway through our stay. Back room could use a little more air circulation but the rest of the home stayed a comfortable temperature during the mid-70 degree weather we had all week with the open windows and fans. Thank you for sharing your home with our family this summer!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Beautiful home right on the water with a wonderful beach! Clean and cozy perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids with room to spare. There was a lovely kitchen to cook meals in, games, beach volleyball, fire pit, ample outside and inside seating. Very close to all Tawas has to offer. Property manager Shelly was easy to get ahold of and attentive. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home, great location with the beach just outside the back door. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for preparing most meals. Beds were very comfortable, as were the living room furniture. Having two bathrooms worked out well for our group. Plenty of towels and bedding. Looking forward to heading back in Spring or Late summer.

Great Gathering Spot

Our family recently enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage. It is well appointed with a lot of nice amenities. There was plenty of seating, which was appreciated as we have stayed at places where the main living and dining areas do not seat the number of people the house sleeps. The decor is tasteful and relaxing. The house is open with a lot of space to spread out for a larger family. The house is much roomier (main rooms) than the listing photos show. The owner is very accommodating and helpful and very quick to respond to any question. Easy, no nonsense check-in and check-out procedures. The weather was fairly cold and windy with some rain during our stay so we didn't spend a lot of time on the beach. It's a nice beach with soft sand and we came away with some beach glass, some fossils and some shells to remember our trip by. Don't hesitate to stay in this lovely cottage. A couple of caveats for future guests: If you are planning on eating in for most of your stay; there are no empty cupboards in the kitchen to store food. The master bedroom closet is large and I used that as my pantry for our stay. The seating in the main living area is low and soft, hard to get out of for "mature" guests. The sunrises were bright and beautiful. That said, it might be a nice addition to add filtering blinds or shades to the main living room windows to soften the effect of the sunlight. Peaceful Family Weekend
