Maximum occupancy is 10 people — including all visitors. No unregistered guests or parties are allowed on the property or beach at any time.The beach is private and reserved for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings of more than 10 people will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and possible fines.
We monitor exterior access points with security cameras to ensure safety and compliance with these rules. Thank you for your cooperation!
Up to 6 Guest per night $495, except Friday Saturday and Sunday $575, and holiday weeks $575.
- Guest 7-10 $30 pre night per additional guest per night
- Up toTwo Pets allowed for an additional cost of $150 each.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Please put out the fire when you go in the cottage for the night.
- Please respect check-in 4:00 pm and check- out times 11:00am
- Please respect the cottage and the furnishings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- You need to buy your own wood to have a bonfire.
- No smoking allowed in cottages.

PARKING:
Spaces for 3-4 vehicles

-We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if these rules are violated.

-A $500 fee will be charged for any violation of guest limits or rules.

-there are enough beds for six guests to sleep the other four guests (if you have 6+people )would be on pullout couches.

-ANY ADDITIONAL VISITORS $20 PER DAY PER VISITOR.
-CLEANING FEE-$175 TOTAL

Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry

- Must purchase you own wood for the bond fire
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system, so it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- NOTE: This property can be accessed without the use of stairs
