“I was my first time in a Japanese ryokan and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They speak very little English but that is not a big problem, they go out of their way to help you and give outstanding service. The ryokan itself is very beautiful and cosy. “コンパクトに設計された部屋で、また露天風呂もホッと出来ました。富士山ビューの部屋でしたが曇りで残念でした。 朝食ビュフェも和、洋食バラエティに富み満腹充足です。 また、季節の良い時にこの価格なら泊まりたいです。 トイレを流すと若干の臭いが気になりました、私はすごく鼻が効くので。。。これは仕方がないかも。洋服掛けに消臭、消毒用のスプレーが置いてあったので利用しました。”

“The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and the view from the room was incredible. The shuttle to Shin-Fuji station from the hotel in the morning was also very convenient. ”

“I was a bit worried leading up to the trip about how to get there but they had some pretty good instructions on their website. They have a free shuttle that comes to the Shuzenji station about every hour or 2 (timetable is on their site) so all you need to worry about it getting to Shuzenji station which you can figure out using Google Maps. “初めて利用した民泊？だったのでいろいろと勝手がわからなかったです。タオルが100円と聞いていましたが、その受け取り方法がわからず、Expediaに夜中にメールして朝タオルをもってきて貰い、100円を払いました。その辺のやりかたを事前に教えて欲しかったです。沼津駅周辺は軒並み1万円超えで、この施設はありがたかったです。夜に入ったので部屋が寒くエアコンをつけて暖かくなりましたが、外の車の音や、結構寒く、朝カーテンを開けると窓が結構開いていてびっくりでした。でも風呂の備品などいろいろあり、洗濯もできるようなので、長期での使い勝手も良さそうです。ありがとうございました。”
