“The reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though:
- he didn't even check.
- a couple that he helped before me got to check in.
- when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied...

“We had the small twin room very clean , no views as windows were covered and wouldn’t open they were alarmed … and the air con unit was quite noisy it kept going on and off .when customers who had surging switched it on and off .
It didn’t spoil the stay for us , but just for information.
Staff were excellent location good parking good
10 /15 minute walk down to the front .
