“Super family friendly and amazing staff which is likely why it was SO BUSY. The pools being close back to back due to it needing to be cleaned was a little annoying but they did offer an extension to their hours because of it. Overall worth the money”

“Staff was great and cleanliness was good. However, I had my key “rekeyed” 3 times and it I was not able to open my door with it all weekend. The continental breakfast was ok but not spectacular. The jetted tub was difficult to fill and plug so not ideal after hiking all day.”

“Beautiful hotel. The pool and hot tub are tiny, I wish breakfast was available earlier. We had to be on the road by 6:30 and nothing was out but cereal, yogurt and bread. ”

“It's close to the U of M medical facilities which is why we chose here the first time but now we return because it is clean and well maintained. Also, the you hotel is locked at all times so people cannot just walk in off the street.”

“Clean Room, A/C worked well this time, Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, parking is good, bummed the hot tub didn’t work this time. A couple weeks back when I was there the hot tub worked but the jets didn’t work. ”

“We stared here partly based on the breakfast reviews, now I don't know about most travelers but I don't consider cold cereal and toast as a excellent breakfast. That was what their breakfast consisted of, and of course coffee, juice, etc. The desk clerk that checked us in was less than friendly, but all the other staff were interacted with were very friendly. The room was clean, but it was the first hotel I've stayed at with no clock radio, plus our tv had a terrible picture, also the first...
