Inside, you'll find light and calm: an airy living area, two separate bedrooms and a kitchen where cooking is easy. Parking is free on the street in front of the building. Ideal for a weekend or a week by the sea. Please note: this is a quiet family apartment, not a party venue.



The Space:

Bedrooms & living area

The main bedroom has a double bed, blackout blinds and French doors with a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has wooden bunk beds and a desk, handy for children or remote work. Four guests sleep comfortably, each with their own space.

The living area is bright and open. There is a corner sofa with a TV and a round dining table.



Fully equipped, just like home

Bed linen and towels are ready for you: all you need to bring is your suitcase. The white kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Cooking here is as easy as at home. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A lift takes you up to the apartment.

Guest Access:

Arrival is fully self-service. The apartment opens with a smart lock. You receive your access code in the guest app before arrival. You choose your own arrival time, no appointment needed.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. There are no shared spaces with other guests or an owner.



The Neighborhood:

You'll stay on Rozenlaan in Mariakerke, a quiet residential seaside district on the western side of Ostend. The beach and promenade are a 7-minute walk. A Carrefour Market and a Delhaize are within 5 to 6 minutes on foot. The centre of Ostend, with its shops, restaurants and the Kursaal, is about 3 km away.



Getting Around:

The beach is a 7-minute walk. Coast Tram stop Mariakerke Bad is about 5 minutes on foot, with trams along the whole Belgian coast. Ostend station is about 10 minutes by car, ideal for a day trip to Bruges.

By car: parking is free on the street in front of the building, or on request. There is no private garage.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later on request, when possible.

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

We may ask for a valid ID on arrival.

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Dogs welcome (max. 2), €35 per dog per stay. Please add your dog(s) to your booking.

Only registered guests may stay overnight, with a maximum of 4 guests.

A lift takes you up to the apartment.
