Cozy vacation rental in the picturesque town of Uehrde

Our quiet, tastefully and modernly furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor of an approximately 200-year-old farmstead (residential house, stables, and barn in a single elongated building) in the picturesque village of Uehrde near Osterode am Harz, right on the Karst Hiking Trail

Our 90-square-meter non-smoking apartment, completed in December 2024, features a living room with a flat-screen TV offering access to various streaming services, a table, a sofa, and an armchair. This room also leads to a separate outdoor area of approximately 80m², furnished with a table, 4 high-back garden chairs, and a patio umbrella, as well as an electric grill for barbecuing. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with 180x200 double beds, nightstands, and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven and ceramic cooktop (all Siemens), as well as a filter coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle (all Severin). The modern, spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a small storage room for groceries, suitcases, etc.

The rental price includes bed linens, kitchen and bath towels, and free Wi-Fi. Toilet paper, paper towels, and soap are provided. Final cleaning is also included in the price

A storage room is available for bicycles or motorcycles; there is a parking space assigned to the apartment, and you can charge an electric car at our 11 kW Wallbox by arrangement with us. An additional car can also be parked free of charge by arrangement.
