All was perfect except few hiccups from service point of view: first day coffee machine still with used capsules and with old dirty excess water, second day we did not get new coffee capsules at all and another day the cups were left not cleaned. “The hotel is quite good, but a few things to know!!
1.) you can only access the floor your room is on, if you have a friend or colleague in a room on another floor, the only way is to meet up at the bottom floor and go to the room together. Don’t try the fire escape, it is one way and you then have to walk to the ground floor.
2.) Different ”levels” of rooms have breakfast at different floors - a delux room can not have breakfast with a superior by paying the different in price - either pay...
“De har en ny policy som de säger är för miljön, men den är för att öka vinsten. De har dragit ner på personal och fixar bara till rummen var tredje dag. Med fyra stjärnor förväntas de snygga till rummet varje dag, man ska inte behöva bära ner disken själv och hämta rena koppar, man ska inte behöva hämta kaffekappslar själv och be om toalettpapper. Nä, typiskt USA ägt att dra ner på personal för att maxa vinsten. Detta gynnar inte miljön. Att man inte byter handdukar och sängkläder varje dag...
