“the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! ”

Earlier checkin than 4 was not negotiable but we enjoyed the town meanwhile and when we got the room our expectations were overall succeeded. Great bed and linen, spacious room and great view of the city and mountains. The spa was also nice and the rooftop bar had a great vibe and we had dinner there as well, very helpful staff with allergies. Breakfast until 1pm on a Sunday was amazing and rare for us, so big plus...
