"Personalen i receptionen var ok och hjälpsam men inte riktigt uppdaterad om kostnaden för buss och taxiresor. Dom som jobbade med frukosten verkade inte trivaspå jobbet och hälsade inte på gästerna"

"Everything was great here, except how one should book spa and massage which was very confusing and unpractical. Though you are different companies, you should be able to communicate better with eachother threw phone or computer. It should not be up to the customer to go between the two receptions. There were also no schampo in the bathroom. Beside this things I was very satisfied with your hotel. Good location, calm, quiet, clean room, nice fresh spa and good massage, good breakfast, good service; with special Thank you to the receptionist who aload me to park my suitcase at the hotel until my room was ready/my boat would leve And who locate my forgotten towel."
