“Staff were friendly and shuttle from airport was nice to have.”

“Fairly clean but not as clean as in the past years I’ve stayed there. Housekeeping was good but front desk put us on a floor where people complained about noise and we travel with grand kids and I always ask to be on a floor with other people with kids so there won’t be any issues. The restaurants are excellent and the slots and games are good but the building needs some upgrading or remodeling. Overall C+ but last year was a B+, year before that an A-.”

“If you want to get sleep, don’t stay here. Walls are thin. Had a couple in the next room with the TV on all night and at 530am their dogs started barking. When telling the front desk all they said was “we will let the manager know.” For over 200 a night not worth it. ”

“I arrived with my 8 year old daughter for spring break to friendly staff, clean lobby and room. I was given nice recommendations of places to visit during our trip in Memphis. ”
