“The room only had blinds which did not block any light in the room, no curtains very hard to sleep with the very bright parking lot lights, which are great for security, but not for sleeping. Our room was like daylight the entire time. No sleep was able to be had.”

“After I woke this morning I noticed the bed sheets were lifted off the mattress. I went to put them back on and I noticed something on the mattress (under the sheets). I small gathering of black round balls of something. I nearly jumped out of my skin. After further examination, I discovered the mattress protector sheet is covered in brown spots. ”

“Superb help from the lobby staff (I think his name was Gary), we had to change room four times because we found hair and/or stains in the beds. Got a complimentary bag and breakfast coupons as compensation and he really wanted to help out! The hotel really should step up their cleaning game, especially since Best Western brags about their cleanliness! Otherwise a ok hotel, good bar in the lobby and a quite shady nightclub in the basement. Didn’t disturb our sleep tho. Breakfast was good. And...

“Bare bones but very clean. Pool not opened in mid-March. Right on Highway, noisy but quiet in the room. Location was convenient and near restaurants and mall. Breakfast was fair. Wouldn't stay again.”
