“I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show.”

“Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case due to it being late and only 2 of us, but essentially Expedia reservation type was not honored by the staff. No credit card or DL needed at check in so it was fast. Didn't see an elevator, so used...

“Great size rooms and very clean”

“The room was nice and clean but the beds were tiny. Sleeping two per bed was a crunch. Pull out sofa bed was also very small. Big enough for only one.”

“I travel for work. My project is close by. This is an ice cream comfortable place to stay for it. I sell old business. Woman no complaints so far.”
