“We stayed there for university of Iowa graduation with 2 sets of Grandparents and our other family - four rooms. Hotel was Great!

“Love the location. Outside the property is a walkable shopping and dining area. If you have small children there is a playground and splash pad for hot days right out front. Lots of options for grab and go food, sit down restaurants and outdoor patios for an afternoon happy hour! Parking is $15 and is at the city lot. Gym is large (not a run of the mill hotel gym at all), but could use some TLC for the benches. Lots of cardio equipment and free weights; and it’s open 24h. Definitely will stay...
“Loved the location, the cleanliness, the staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, the upstairs bar was awesome for the view, they had a reasonably priced restaurant on site. ”

We had three people in the room, so it was a bit inconvenient that there was only one chair, but aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations.
