“Although I gave this hotel a medium rating I enjoyed myself. This is a rough almost close to camping hotel. I must have not seen the message about bringing soap wash clothes, hand towel, tissue actually everything. The water does not get cold and there was a party set up just outside the window lasting until 5 am. There are no amenities however the caribbean ocean is just outside the door. ”

“I givethis rating of five stars because Daisy the owner, is so wonderful. I ended up checking in late. She helped me order food. She was very very accommodating. Her English is very good. The room that I stayed in was very clean and had everything that you would need. I will stay there again When I will have to stay in Panama City. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.”

“Very nice place next to the bay. Great service and good food. Note that the terracce can be shared with other guests from neighboring rooms. If you are lucky you get a quiet french couple playng cards, if you are unliucky you may get a spanish couple “working from home without headphones on zoom….”

“I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. Id expect better cleanliness and standards for this trip. I also disliked when the staff on the island said i needed to pay...

“Don’t go expecting a resort and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Guna that run the island are all warm, friendly, helpful. Great snorkelling tours and beautiful clean water. The accommodations are very simple but comfortable. Shared bathroom that was kept very clean. A great place to get away from it all. The ride through the mountain was very potholy and winding so if you get carsick definitely come prepared.”
