Billiga hotell i Östra Tennessee

“I spent three nights in this hotel for combined business/pleasure. Harrah's is a high customer volume resort focused on its casino business. While the rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave, the guest experiences lacks in all other areas. I received the wrong check in information (automated) that made me walk literally a mile to my room. There, the safe deposit box was broken with the hair of the previous occupant still stuck in the sink. The indoor pool was dirty with grime in the basin...

“The environment was clean but in disrepair. From holes in the walls to bare wires showing. Was given only 2 hand towels no bath towels, wash clothes or floor mat. Went to call the front desk and the phone was not attached to the jack and couldn’t be attached as there was no cord to attach to a jack. So then contacted the front desk in the front desk told us that we would need to walk down our soiled towels to get new ones. Made the front desk where we only had two hand towels and was still told...

“At first I was reluctant to stay at this hotel, because it is older (I believe we stayed there with our kids 25 years ago) and the room doors are on the outside. I generally choose hotels where you go through the lobby to enter your room. However, my husband and I were pleasently surprised at how clean it was, and the beds and sheets were first class. Why chose a more expensive hotel to get the same quality and service. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This quaint little motel was tucked away with walking distance to shops and dining and just a few miles from the main strip and beautiful creek with parking, trails and picnic areas. The staff were so very nice. A simple stay and we enjoyed it very much.”
