“It was the most disgusting room I ever set foot in!!! I asked for non-smoking and literally I walked into a tobacco shop. The comforter was dirty and had cigarette burns on it. The bed sheets were not changed as there was someone else's hair on the pillow. The towels in the bathroom were supposed to be white, but were the color grey and damp.
