“This stay made my trip! The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is amazing with it's unique details of antique furniture and art throughout. The rooms are large, exceptionally clean and beautiful... although the beds could be a slight more comfortable...I suppose they might be to some who prefer a very firm bed. “Mason, front desk, was very pleasant & friendly at arrival. We requested a room with view however this hotel's location does not really have any views other than traffic, parking lots, roads, etc. Female at checkout was also very friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices to choose from, something for everyone. Rooms were simple, basic but extremely clean. ”

“Lovely and cute inn close to the Smokies. Felt very homely with great service and staff. Perfect for single traveler or couples. On the slightly ”bad” side was my bed that was slightly too soft and ready for an update. Right next to the highway with gives great access however bit noicy when using the balcony. ”

“This was our second stay at The Inn on the River, and we will definitely be back. Having been going to Pigeon Forge for 25 years and staying in various places, we can say The Inn on the River makes you feel like family and as if you're at home. From the breakfast, cookies and popcorn to the rooms themselves, it was another great stay. Even though the geese outside our room loved honking 24/7, we adapted to them as they did to us. Love the location along the river and walkability to nearby shops...
