“The guy that checked me in was okay. The lady that checked me out was outstanding. She was very nice and professional. I met one of the managers on the elevator she was very nice. I love her and the lady that checked me out customer service. They are not friendly people. I had wanted to try a different hotel. BAD CHOICE!!I’m always going to the Hyatt or Marriott. They don’t have to worry about me again because I am NOT coming back.”

“Hotel is run down and room smelled like mildew. Front desk lady was nice. Beds were comfy. We just needed a place to sleep for the night on a roadtrip and for that it was fine.”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice, clean, and very roomy, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, and the food downstairs was very good. A couple of small improvements would make the experience even better. The room could use better lighting, and having an additional garbage can would have been helpful. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I would consider staying here again.”

“Great location to attractions. We were happy we chose this location over Gatlinburg due to the crazy traffic in the other town. Was nicer to drive to town and be able to walk around the island. The manager was great! She inquired about our stay and heard I wasn’t completely satisfied with the hospitality. I was expecting a bit more charm and friendliness and that wasn’t the experience we had. She was accommodating and very sweet about following up with the staff member. Overall, the room was...

“Very clean easy check in and a lot of parking. Comfortable cute stay”

“Lovely and cute inn close to the Smokies. Felt very homely with great service and staff. Perfect for single traveler or couples. On the slightly ”bad” side was my bed that was slightly too soft and ready for an update. Right next to the highway with gives great access however bit noicy when using the balcony. ”
