“Finch is amazing! Staff is great, location is superb, and amenities are fantastic! Way better than I originally imagined. Only odd call out was housekeeping knocking at 9 am to check in on cleaning but other than, all good!”

“Front desk manager needs to develop getter customer service skills...I felt like I was bothering him w dsimple questions.
The evening check in staff was wonderful. Air conditioner in our room dudnt work. She tried to fix, but couldn't and we had to move to another room. Very disruptive.”
