Casa Delia is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located in the historic center of Ostuni. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a limited traffic zone in the historic center of Ostuni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (Baia di Camerini beach) at 8.3 km (roughly 5.2 miles).
Casa Delia is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the street level going up approximately 17 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Delia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. You will be able to reach it from the inner court of the building through a corridor. It is equipped with tables and chairs. The garden is shared with guests staying at a nearby hotel, and it is open all year round, from 8 am to 6 pm.
Living Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a small window.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The bedroom features a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Please note that the bathtub is located in the bedroom.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with guests staying at a nearby hotel.
