Nestled in the hills of the Itria Valley and overlooking the blue sea of Alto Salento, this house is a refined retreat where the Apulian countryside expresses itself in all its authenticity. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, dry stone walls and Mediterranean scents, the structure was born in the name of sustainability and comfort, with every detail taken care of to offer a harmonious and relaxing stay experience.
The property, built entirely of stone, consists of four independent rooms with private bathrooms, designed to ensure privacy and well-being.
The first bedroom is located inside a suggestive trullo, connected to the main complex but with a separate entrance. The environment welcomes guests with a double bed, sofa and private bathroom, creating an intimate and authentic space.
The second bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom and is characterized by a bright and comfortable atmosphere.
The third bedroom, also with a double bed and private bathroom, offers the exclusive experience of a private hammam with a view of the countryside. The second and third bedrooms also share an outdoor veranda, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in the quiet of nature.
The fourth bedroom is located in a separate and more private area of the property, located on a lower level than the main building, thus offering a particularly fresh and quiet environment. Here guests will find an independent space with private kitchen, double bed, single sofa bed and private bathroom, a solution particularly suitable for a small family.
The private pool, surrounded by the countryside and open to the sea view, invites you to relax more deeply.
Outside, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop is available to guests and is perfect for preparing lunches and dinners to enjoy under the stars. A large patio opens onto a Mediterranean garden of more than one and a half hectares, dotted with local trees and plants. A large dining table, two barbecues and a laundry area complete the outdoor spaces, designed to fully experience the quiet of the Apulian countryside.
A few kilometers away are the historic center of Ostuni , the famous “White City”, and the crystal clear waters of the Torre Guaccio Nature Reserve, one of the most suggestive coastal areas in Puglia.

Note: for the safety of guests and the layout of the rooms with independent entrances, this residence is not ideal for families with children under 12 years old.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.

Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3.Pets are allowed. A cleaning supplement of €120,00 per pet will be required.

5. At the time of check-in the customer will have to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Ostuni equal to € 2.00 per day per person depending on the season.
6. Extra midweek linen: €25.00 per person.
7. Cot and high chair for children: €50.00 per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
8. After booking, customers will be invited to register on our site, entering the required data and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. If the customer does not dispose of waste upon departure, an additional cost of € 200.00 will be charged.
