Il Pajaro is a brand-new villa conceived by a renowned architect who sought to create a comfortable setting seamlessly integrated into the stunning rural landscape, which spans approximately 2 hectares in the Ostuni countryside on Mount Cosaro.

The space
The space has been furnished with pieces crafted by master carpenters and complemented by carefully selected decorative items; all bedrooms have been designed to offer maximum privacy and ensure the utmost comfort.

The bathrooms are very spacious and all feature stone-clad showers.

All kitchen appliances are brand new.

The rooms are all air-conditioned with independent split systems and equipped with radiant heating.

The 5 bedrooms are all double rooms with the option to add cribs for small children and unfold two very comfortable sofa beds. Each room has its own private bathroom.
