“I arrived to the city and was able to check in at the office which is in the center city not near the apartment. After the check in process was complete I was told the apartment was ready to check in. I was given directions and a map link to the apartment. Both were confusing and took through a long way with a lot of stairs and hills and brought to the wrong place. After finally getting to the apartment. I found it was really run down and dirty. And I went to take a shower and found the shower...

There was little assistance in terms of advice of how to get from the station to the airport. Also, an iron was requested for the room but despite promises never arrived. “The location is great for walking around the city, once you find it. The property relies entirely of WiFi, which some times is poor in Ostuni. It is virtually impossible to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, which is on a dead end street, meaning you will need to precariously back out on a tiny street filled with crowds of people if you find it. This is especially tough for single travelers. Once you do arrive you will need to contact the virtual staff to enable entrance through WiFi...

“We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Most things you’d need are provided including water which was appreciated. “The property was in an old building that had been meticulously renovated. Everything was done so nicely yet it retained the historic nature of the home. It was very roomy, bathrooms were awesome and the rooftop deck was just a bonus. The owner took the time to meet us and explain everything. Once you park you can walk everywhere in town. This is a cant miss property.”
