“The staff is amazing. Extremely helpful and great food suggestions. I am having a hard time finding the words that would describe how amazing they were. My kids loved the play area, they could have spent hours there if we would have let them. My only suggestion/complaint: Please update the beds. Felt like old hard pillow tops.”

“Great little cabins, the host was supper friendly and accommodating. Each cabin has a boat you can use. Ours has lots of towels and an equipment kitchen. I Definitely want to stay here again. The locations is short U.P drive to most major attractions. ”

“We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend and this was a perfect location to stay. Enjoyed the peddle boat and outdoor picnic tables. Beautiful sunrise in the morning. Close enough to hit the waterfalls too. Very friendly owners and great local pizza at Trout Lake tavern.”

“We were on a 4 day Yooperlite mission. This was a good location allowing us to get to Whitefish Point, Grand Marais, the Pictured Rocks and St. Ignace without having to drive too far on any given day. The house was clean and more than adequate for our needs. Our 3 boys loved the pool table, the basement, the yard and the videos!”

“The one-room cabin was overall wonderful. The view of the Trout Lake is beautiful, and the cabin is centrally located for any destination you want to get to. The host was polite, and answered every question or concern we had almost immediately. The little heater in the bathroom was a big plus. Towels and blankets were plentiful and the entire cabin was cleaned with some cooking utensils which made making dinner easy. Overall amazing stay!”

“We took our Grand Kids to see some of my wife's heritage and snow. It didn't snow late December. The dogsledding adventure turned into dogs pulling an atv. It was still fun. We substituted tubing to see the nearby parks with waterfalls and a pully barge over a springs. Ice skating in the Sault Ste.Marie was a Great time. The Movie Theater was very Nostalgic. The Village of Newberry is a very Nice place.”
