We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day....

“We absolutely LOVED staying here. We had a 1-bedroom suite and stayed for a few days (we have a 4 year old and 8 month old). Felt like we were staying in an apartment because of all of the amenities. They also had the best continental breakfast I've had anywhere; they had gluten free options, healthy breakfast options and dairy free milk. Everything was clean and had 0 smell. “The breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the pool. Room had some wear and tear (broken fan in the bathroom, rips in the carpet by the door) but everything seemed clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“I'm not sure this is a hotel as much as a long-term shelter. The "guests" seem to be residents. The rooms themselves appear "lived in." Everything's old and outdated and smells like smoke. It only seemed like a hotel because of the Wyndham name attached and that it's next to a Marriot and Hampton Inn. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the blaringTVs coming from rooms on either side. Maybe just convert this place into a proper shelter for the people with children who really need it. But...
