“I would say it’s a bit different from other Fairmont like Banff springs and Frontenac. The room is not what I expected for a high end hotel however the area in the hotel is amazing and you can feel the history as well. ”

“The toilet in room 235 is not working as it should. About an hour after we checked in, we reported the issue to the front desk. The staff member was polite and suggested we use the public restroom near the reception while promising to send someone to fix the problem. Someone did arrive shortly after and told us it had been resolved, but unfortunately, the issue remains. The toilet still requires at least five flushes, and even then, it doesn’t clean properly. This might seem like a minor...

“Okej hotell med väl tilltagna standardrum med god komfort. Flera restauranger belägna i närområde samt tillgång till affärer. Frukosten var typiskt "amerikansk" och serverades på plast och papp, vilket var ett minus.”

“Very nice, looks pretty new. The room was well laid out, with a sofa and the beds. The only problem with the room was that the airconditioner was blowing right into one of the beds. Good breakfast, but very busy (the hotel was almost fully booked when we were there). Nice pool and gym. There is a restaurant called The Brew Table across the parking lot. Ate there in the evening, and it was really nice. In all, great place to stay. ”

“Les Suites is located close to the city center where you have anything within walking distance. The people in the reception are nice and friendly, and there is a breakfast restaurant located in the lobby, even though it is small and not so well stocked but with quite high prices. The room is in fact just like a flat, and in my case it had a large livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms where the master bedroom had a bathroom en suite, a conference room(!) and another bathroom. Great...
