"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking , cleaning etc. The pictures of the place are accurate and the views are spectacular. The covered parking was great. The brick promenade made access to the train and shopping a special walk which we enjoyed immensely. Great place to stay but save the car rental and use the train. The station is a 15 minute walk and trains are frequent and cheap."

"Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in Piano Nobile. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und die Aussicht ein Traum. Auf der sehr großen Terrasse haben wir viel Zeit verbracht und konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn waren sehr freundlich und auch bei Geheimtipps in der Region sehr hilfsbereit. So konnten wir Rapallo noch mal etwas besser kennen lernen. Auch abseits der üblichen touristischen Spots. Fazit: Es war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. "A beautiful hotel! We were very pleasantly greeted by the staff and all staff during our stay was exceptional and professional. We were upgraded to a very large room with a bed in a loft. The room spacious and beautiful. I would mention the metal spiral staircase leading to the bed a bit challenging and the bed area a bit warm. The bed, linens and towels all very good.the location was perfect. I will definitely return to this property! "
