The space
This 235 square meter duplex is able to accommodate 12 people, so here we are talking about 3 or 4 small families.
It is located in a gated residence opposite the sea. The residence has a very large swimming pool.
Our duplex has sea views as well as views of the residence's swimming pool and since our duplex has 3 facades, it has garden views as well as back views of the private pool, garden and mountain and that's what makes this duplex unique in its kind.
This duplex has two entrances, one common with the whole building and one private as well as 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens and two living rooms.
Adding to this a private pool, a garden that surrounds the house🏡.
Guest access
You will have full access to the duplex, the private pool and the private garden that surrounds the duplex.
You have access to the common area of the residence. (Residence garden, residence swimming pool, residence shower and toilet...).
The private pool is operational from 06/02/2025

- Single car space in the underground parking of the residence.
- Residence swimming pool with bracelet system ( 3 bracelets only).
