“Great concept and great location for experiencing the beautiful surroundings in the Ardenner area. The room had a nice design and the kids especially enjoyed the hotel playground area. Unfortunately the relax (spa and pool) is only opened between 10:00-18:00 (???) which is why we couldn't try it out. The hotel restaurant was nice, and despite that they only had one waiter for about 20 restaurant guests, we had a nice evening with great food and service. Wifi did not work at all in the rooms and...

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Special thanks to the team for making me feel so welcome—I’ll definitely be back!.
Just a minor, breakfast could be opened a bit earlier for us commuters, however great options.
