âRooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well.
The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing.

âI stayed at this hotel in March 2024 and this is, so far, my top 1 hotel I've stayed at in Colva.
From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great!
The rooms are clean and fresh, as are the bed linen and towels. I stayed in room 306 and found it to be relatively quiet late at night/early morning.

âJĂ€ttefint hotell, bra service, god frukost, Ă„t aldrig i resturangen kvĂ€llstid. Bra spa och gym (löpband). Poolen var ok. Personalen vĂ€ldigt tillmötesgĂ„ende. Bra lĂ€ge, nĂ€ra till shopping gata och strand. Kan dock inte rekomendera stranden. Finns en nĂ€ra som Ă€r ok Bandaulim ??? tror jag den hette (taxi 5min). Annars Ă€r det lĂ€tt att ta en taxi till Agunda eller Palolem, tar dock en timme med bil, sĂ„ vĂ€lj med AC.â
âHotellet var OK om Ă€n slitet och trĂ„kigt. Personalen trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam, de i restauangen talade dock nĂ€stan ingen engelska.
Problemet med det hÀr hotellet Àr att det ligger mitt ute i ingenstans. Ingen strand, ingen by, ingen vacker utsikt, ingenting, bara en gles skog och en smal dammig vÀg. Man undrar var man Àr nÄgonstans.

âEn resort som vi kan rekommendera om ni Ă€r vid Sernabetim. Ren och fin strand 2 min promenad frĂ„n hotellet. Mycket vĂ€nlig personal, riktigt god mat, sköna sĂ€ngar och en liten pool. Spa fanns ocksĂ„ och fungerade vĂ€l.â
âAlagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. Itâs a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! â

âappartement and beach are fantastique. But the TV was not working, the FREE Wifi only 30 minutes by day The restaurant was closed, nothing in the fridge ! They were only one and sometime 2 staff people. They was not able to repair the TV. They didnot said that we must press a button for have hot water for the bath the morning !â
âThe back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.â

"Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also weâll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff.
The rooms were kept clean and neat, but not sound proof in any way. Itâs also good that they try to think of environmental issues, noticeable for instance that you can choose not to change linnen (but I would suggest they do the opposite, that you have to make an active choice to get the linnen exchanged, since I think lots of people donât actually care enough to leave that note on the pillow).
The beach is also amazing in this area, but the motor boats and amount of people has left it a bit less pristine than last time we were here some 10 years ago. In Goa itâs always tricky with the balance between nature and exploitation, but we were happy to see crabs and sea snails roaming the edge of the water.
We will definitely come back to visit again! "
"Arrived to a room smelling strong of urine. Didnât get a connected room until last day, despite being promised one upfront. The elevator didnât work for 3 of 4 days when we stayed. The baby crib was a joke (looked homemade) and didnât have a mattress. The canteen staff said that our nanny had to pick up the baby chair herself while holding the baby. Not enough baby chairs in the restaurant. The Ines they had was disgusting, full of black mold and looked like they had never been cleaned. Luggage boy and security tried to put us in a normal taxi despite us having prepaid for an airport drop off. Donât provide any shade or beach chairs on the beach. Loud construction going on until 21:00 in the evening, even Saturday and Sunday. In summary, we didnât enjoy our stay at all and we wonât be coming back."
