âSuch a lovely hotel with staff who can't do enough for you! Food in the restaurant is delicious and the updated front terrace is a great place for some lunch and people watching!
In a perfect location for everything from the shops to the promenade and pier. â
âThe staff at this hotel are so so good they are do friendly and helpful always ready to.help Chris the manager and his team are just fab. The breakfast is gorgeous all fresh and always hot, the starter cold food is excellent there is eide selection of fruit, cold meats, local cheese and pastries, selections of ams, honey, selection of 3 juices and flavoured teas and cereals there really is a great selection to choose from.

Only thing that wasn't outright good or great was parking - advertised as having free parking but what we could tell it was parking on the street, which was limited to after 5pm. âI rated all the things I liked.....only one small issue....a slightly off putting shower...it was one with a fitting to each tap..hot/cold over a bath....but due to a panel being fixed half way along the bath you had to be under it to gauge the water temparature.... needless to say I gave it a miss..... they need to install an electric shower maybe?â
âHotellet ligger perfekt med utsikt över havet. Vi hade dessvĂ€rre inte havsutsikt, men det spelade ingen roll för utsikten mot staden var fin den med! Frukosten var över förvĂ€ntan, frĂ€scha rum och gratis parkering! NĂ€ra till bĂ„de shopping, restauranger och mysiga pubar. Servicen pĂ„ hotellet var dessutom ett stort plus! âExcellent hotel in a quieter part of Llandudno.. all the staff were great, the room was adequate enough Wii lovely sea views and the lounge / bar area was really nice too.. the outside seating was a really good spot to enjoy an Aperol Apritz too.. enjoyed it. â
âA very nice warm welcome by helpful front desk staff. Room was generally in good shape, nicely renovated bathroom. Unfortunately we had to get one of the beds re made as there was a blood stain and hair on the sheet. This gave us a poor experience and we started doubting the housekeeping overall. The breakfast was ok, but it felt a bit messy and a bit unhygienic.
I wouldnât stay there again unfortunately.â
