âWe loved our stay at the Hot Springs Inn! The staff are so friendly, rooms are comfortable, location is convenient, and best of all quiet! I was concerned when booking about potential road noise, but could not hear the road. Instead, we got to hear the wonderful sound of a river outside our window. Love the ability to walk the River path and into town.â

âAutomated check in and out was a little cumbersome. Understanding the initial charges against the CC made no sense. During this registration process the assisting staff had a low tolerance for our inability to understand the various information screens!!
The facility was top notch - rooms very nostalgic, springs were excellent, pool side service was excellent and overall would stay there again. â

Cons: Rooms do NOT look like they do in the hotel photos, they are dated and in need of a renovation. Rooms also have no AC which was almost unbearable during hot summer days. The worst con of them all is, however, that I was contacted after my stay because...
