Thanks for staying with us. We are more than happy to have dogs with some restrictions which are clearly stated in our pet policy which each guest agrees to prior to checking in. We work hard to balance pet friendly and non pet rooms to accommodate all types of guests. If you were charged an additional fee, it was because you broke a policy that you agreed to.

We are glad you found our bed comfy and room cozy. We work hard to stay competitively priced with the other local hotels here in town. We're glad you enjoyed the location and view from the deck. I hope you took a glass of complementary wine up there on the deck to enjoy the sunset on the mountains!We will certainly look at upgrading the light bulbs. We're glad you found the number of lamps throughout the room sufficient.We're sorry that you didn't find what you were looking for at breakfast. I will note that all of our hot breakfasts are made fresh here daily. In addition to the hot items, we have fresh fruit, waffles, yogurts, hot and cold cereals, homemade muffins, fresh juices, coffee and tea. Our goal here is to have the freshest breakfast at any hotel you've stayed at. I'm sorry you weren't bale to find something you like.

Hi Mark, thanks for the feedback. We take feedback seriously and are always striving to improve our service. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what more we could do next time for you. Our mattresses have all been replaced within the last year. Our bedding is replaced every six months. For breakfast we offer homemade hot dishes. We alternate between sausage biscuit and gravy, breakfast tacos, breakfast sandwiches, and a breakfast casserole so that there is something new every day for a 4 night stay. In addition to the fresh hot items, we have waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade muffins, hot and cold cereals, breads and bagels, fresh juice, coffee and tea.We're glad you enjoyed the complementary wine during happy hour. I hope you tried Kaytie's homemade chocolate chip cookies too! Sorry we didn't have any cheese for you...

Thanks for the feedback Bernard! We try to alternate hot items daily for 4 or 5 days. Because we make everything here fresh daily, we are somewhat limited to one hot dish per day. In additoin to the hot items, we have waffles, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, breads, and homemade muffins. We'll work on the coffee!

Hi Lindsey. I'm sorry you were not happy that we charged you for the mess your dogs left in the room. We take cleanliness very seriously here at the Ouray Inn and had the carpet professionally cleaned to insure future guests were able to enjoy the room.
