Hotell med pool i Outer Banks

“Great location, good parking, good restaurants in walkable distance, but the hotell is dated. The pool water was dirty. Breakfast was good.”

“The eggs an turkey sausage at breakfast were terrible. Had to make do with cereal, fruit and prepackaged muffins. Hotel itself was good. Large suite with cooktop, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and keurig.”

“The only complaint we had was the door to get to the rooms slammed shut once opened. It probably needs a catch on it to slowly close. It was pretty nerve wracking at 2am but other than that we loved it. Great continental breakfast!”

“While this property was built in 1939 and therefore are smaller rooms, it has retained the lovely charm of its day and incorporated modern amenities. It is well-maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive to the area. While the dunes prevent a view of the ocean, it is just a short walk to the beach. It is close to the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument, which was our primary reason for our stay.”

“This hotel is great! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is VERY close to a more or less private part of the beach and there are showers at the bottom of the hotel, so you can clean yourself off before you get back in. The rooms are nice and reasonably sized and you are able to watch the sunset if your room faces the beach.”

“Property is on a beautiful flat beach with tons of shells. Our room was quiet and faced the parking lot. King bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ample with 24 hour hot water and coffee in the lobby. We did not use the pools but there were 4- Lazy River, 1.5 foot wading pool, regular pool and an indoor pool with jacuzzi. Would definitely rebook this one!”
