“Everything was good, should have gold carts available to rent”

“Quarto antigo e com muito barulho vindo de fora e música interna. Academia deixa a desejar. Funcionários com pouca simpatia. Minha chave parou de funcionar e fui pedir para reativar e a pessoa me tratou com desrespeito. Tinha ido na academia e estava sem meu passaporte oq óbvio que deixei no quarto e parecia que a pessoa estava me fazendo um enorme favor em resolver algo que foi problema do próprio hotel que por sinal é bem antigo. Bonito por fora, deixa a desejar por dentro.”

“The room was very clean and modern with good amenities. The hotel was very clean and valet was super helpful. The beach was extraordinary and also very clean. We were visiting as my husband passed away at the hotel 3 1/2 yrs ago and we were meeting with people he was working with at the time of his death. We were hoping there were employees at the hotel who helped us from afar were also still working there but everyone had no memory of someone dying at the hotel apparently. So I am assuming...
