In the heart of the village of Outriaz, this cottage is in a typical Bugist house completely renovated in 2007. This accommodation is on 2 floors, 127 m², can accommodate up to 8 people with three large bedrooms with modular beds. The independent entrance opens onto a hall with access to a bicycle and ski room. By an internal staircase, you reach on the one hand a laundry room including the washing machine, dryer and household utensil; and on the other hand, the entrance to the gîte which opens onto a corridor leading to the living room, dining room and its lounge area with wood stove, and a semi-finished fitted kitchen to the living room. Access to the terrace (16 m²) is directly from the living room or the kitchen. Separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. The second floor consists of a bathroom (bath and shower) with integrated WC; and a choice of three bedrooms and a small dressing room in the continuity of the hallway.
