Our gîte, located in Ouzouer-sur-Loire, offers a prime location between the Loire River and the Orléans Forest.

The Maison Forestière (Forest House), situated at the crossroads of the Resistance, is a significant historical site from the Second World War. Guided tours and educational events are organized there. The Étang du Ravoir (Ravoir Pond) is a unique site that shelters the Osprey Nature Reserve on its banks, complete with nests and an observation point. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers, horseback riders, and cyclists numerous trails, as well as a fitness trail.

The cottage is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from a water park (with a water play area, splash pad, and water slides), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, and 15 km from Gien and its castle. This 116 m² house sleeps 6 and includes:

- a living room with a lounge area (sofas, flat-screen TV), a dining area with a pellet stove (one basket of pellets provided free of charge, additional pellets available for an extra charge), an open-plan fitted kitchen (sink, oven, 3-zone induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, immersion blender).

The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged on site to the hosts).
